About
Omar Haddad sold his practice to a dental service organization in 2019 and spent the following eighteen months watching decisions he disagreed with get made three states away. Front Range Dental Collective is the argument he formed during that period.
Nine owners now share a billing team, a compliance officer, and a purchasing contract. Each still owns their practice outright, sets their own fees, and can leave on ninety days’ notice. The shared back office cut administrative headcount per practice by roughly a third, which Haddad describes as the entire economic case — “there is no second thing.”
He is careful about the distinction between what he built and what he left. Membership is a service agreement, not an equity transaction. No practice in the collective has been recapitalized, and Haddad says the day one is, the model is over.
