About

Front Range Dental Collective is not a group practice, and Dr. Omar Haddad is careful about the distinction. Nine owners share a billing team, a compliance officer, and a purchasing contract. Each still owns their practice outright, sets their own fees, and can leave with ninety days’ notice.

Haddad built it after selling a practice to a DSO in 2019 and spending eighteen months watching decisions he disagreed with get made three states away.

What Makes Them Stand Out

  1. Membership is a service agreement, not an equity transaction. No practice in the collective has been recapitalized.
  2. The shared back office cut administrative headcount per practice by roughly a third, which is the entire economic argument.
  3. Four associates have used the collective’s buy-in pathway to acquire practices from retiring members.
