About
Alamo Kids Dentistry was built on an observation Dr. Daniel Reyes made during residency: the children who grow into adults who avoid the dentist almost always had a bad first four visits.
So the practice front-loads. First visits are free, last about twenty minutes, and frequently involve no instruments at all. The clinical work starts once the child is willing.
What Makes Them Stand Out
- Every operatory has a door rather than a partition, because a crying child two chairs over is the fastest way to lose the one in front of you.
- The practice keeps two rooms configured for patients with sensory sensitivities — dimmable, quiet, and bookable at the start or end of the day.
- Reyes has never used the word “papoose” with a parent without first offering three alternatives.
