Methodology

Innovative Practices looks past technology purchases. We recognize practices that changed a workflow, a fee structure, or an ownership model and then kept it through at least two full years of operation.

Selection is editorial and unpaid. Vendors have no role in the process and are not consulted.

A practice that bought the equipment but did not change the day does not qualify.

What we look for

  • A change that outlasted its novelty
  • Measurable effect on how patients experience the practice
  • Willingness to describe what did not work
