About

Dr. Amara Okonjo opened Peachtree Orthodontic Studio with a question she had not been able to answer during residency: why does orthodontic treatment assume the patient is a child whose parent can leave work?

The studio’s answer is structural. Two-thirds of its chairs run between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. or after 4 p.m. Progress checks are handled remotely by default. The practice treats a majority-adult caseload in a specialty that still assumes otherwise.

What Makes Them Stand Out

  1. Remote monitoring is the default rather than an upsell, which cuts the average case from roughly fourteen in-person visits to five.
  2. Treatment fees are quoted as a single figure with a published payment schedule; there are no separate charges for retainers or refinements.
  3. The practice runs a standing Saturday clinic four times a year for patients referred by two community health centers.
